The new porter

The purpose of this repot is to assess the work perfomance of Eduardo Cox, who is currently being considered to apply for the job as the new porter at Newlands school.

As regard his attitude towards students would be excellent, he is sociable, kind and responsable. The students would like him because the sense of humor that he has is great.
Although he is a little bit out of time sometimes but he is responsable, he would never treat someone bad or get mad, in fact, he is very patient and kind. One of his bad things is that if a student arrived late he would do anything to no get the student a call of attention or stuff like that and he is very inocent and dominated.
Also, he is a very polite man, he never disrespect anyone and he always has good manners.

In conclusion in spite of his little impuntuallity, he is qualified for this job. If you can be more strict and more patient the problems would be solved. And like that he would be the best employee in this job.
